HOW DIGITAL COVE WORKS

Start with the job. Build enough to finish it properly.

Digital Cove makes practical products, guidance and tools for digital-product sellers and small businesses. The product changes with the customer, but the operating rule does not: be clear about the job, the limits and what happens next.

THE PRINCIPLE

A product should make a real piece of work easier to finish.

We start with the buyer, the problem and the job they are trying to complete. Technology is only useful when it removes work, reduces mistakes or makes the next step clearer.

We would rather show fewer products than fill the site with unfinished ideas, vague promises or tools that still leave the buyer assembling the real solution themselves.

THE MAIN ROUTES

Different customers need different journeys.

The homepage routes people by the work they are trying to do rather than pushing every visitor toward the same product.

01 · DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Choose, make, list, sell and improve

Make & Sell Digital is being built for new and existing digital-product sellers who need practical help moving a real product or selling task forward.

It stays marked as preparing for launch until the member experience and joining route are ready.

02 · PRINTABLE WALL ART

Finished artwork still needs a production process

The Wall Art Seller Engine is for existing printable sellers who repeatedly need source checks, crop review, print-ratio files and an organised buyer pack.

The Wall Art Seller Engine now has its own product page, so visitors can see the offer and checkout route without being sent back through the homepage.

03 · LOCAL BUSINESS

Match the Google help to the actual problem

A quick public check, a human-reviewed audit, a one-off refresh and ongoing MapRank support solve different problems. A visitor should not be forced into the largest option by default.

WHAT STAYS THE SAME

The standards do not change when the product does.

01

Plain English

Explain the job and the next step without making the customer learn our internal technology first.

02

Evidence before claims

Do not invent proof, results, customer language or capabilities that we cannot substantiate.

03

Human judgement where it matters

Use automation for repeated work, not to remove crop approval, business judgement or customer control where those decisions matter.

04

Clear limits

No ranking guarantees, no income guarantees and no pretending public data can prove private performance.

05

Ready before promotion

A payment route is not enough. The customer package, fulfilment and first-value path need to work before traffic is scaled.

06

Fewer intentional products

We do not add a product to the storefront simply because another product could be built.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

Trust is more useful than an impressive-sounding promise.

NO

Fake proof

Customer results, screenshots and quotes should only be used when they are genuine and we have the right to use them.

NO

Generic income promises

A product can improve a process without promising that a marketplace, shop or side income will succeed.

NO

Hidden technical burden

If a customer needs setup, prerequisites or a manual decision, that should be clear before they buy.

NO

One giant route for everyone

Digital-product sellers and local-business owners should not have to work through the same funnel to find the right next step.

CHOOSE THE WORK YOU NEED HELP WITH

Start with the right route, not the biggest product.
