About Digital Cove

Digital Cove provides a SaaS platform that helps local businesses automate their Google Business Profile management. This policy explains how we handle your data.

What We Collect

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access:

• Your Google account email address (for identification and authentication)
• Your business location information from Google Business Profile
• OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens to act on your behalf

We also collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and business details when you sign up.

How We Use Your Data

We use this access solely to:

• Publish posts to your Google Business Profile on your behalf
• Sync and display your business location information
• Show your post history in our management dashboard
• Send you service-related emails (e.g. trial reminders, connection alerts)

We do not use your Google data for any purpose beyond what you explicitly authorise during the OAuth consent flow.

Data Storage

We securely store:

• OAuth tokens to maintain your Google connection
• Your business profile information for display purposes
• Posts and media assets we create on your behalf

All data is stored in the EU region using Supabase infrastructure.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or Google account data with any third parties. We use the following sub-processors: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), and Resend (email). Each is bound by appropriate data protection terms.

Your Rights

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your dashboard, which will immediately revoke our access, stop all automated posting, and delete your stored OAuth tokens. You may also request deletion of all your data by contacting us — we will process requests within 30 days.
