Digital Cove provides software and AI-assisted tools for small businesses, including MapRank and specialist business PA products such as the Nail Tech Business PA. Digital Cove is responsible for the personal data described in this policy when we decide how and why it is processed.

Public Google Business information can be used to answer business-profile questions after you confirm the correct listing. Public listing discovery does not give Digital Cove permission to edit your Google profile.
If you explicitly connect Google Calendar, the Nail Tech PA requests availability-only free/busy access. The feature is designed not to request or store appointment titles, client names, attendee details or event notes. OAuth tokens are stored separately in encrypted secret storage and are removed when you disconnect.
If you explicitly connect a Google Business Profile for a MapRank capability, authorised Google access is used only for the connection, location and publishing functions available to that product. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
AI requests may be processed by OpenAI to generate responses, analyse an image you submit or transcribe a voice note. Only send information that is necessary for the business task. In particular, avoid unnecessary client health information, payment details or private client conversations.
When you upload a business photo through the Nail Tech PA, the service can retain that image as a private business asset so the same original can be reused for later work you request. The stored record is tied to the relevant customer, product and niche, and browser access is provided through authenticated application routes and time-limited signed URLs. The original is kept as the source asset; destination-specific resized or reformatted versions may be created when needed.
You keep ownership of photos you upload. You are responsible for having any permission needed to use client photographs. Digital Cove does not make Nail Tech PA client-media storage public by default and does not sell those photos. You can ask us to delete eligible stored business photos or account data by contacting the address below.
The Nail Tech PA's resumable working state is deliberately limited to compact business context rather than raw chat transcripts or voice recordings. Voice recordings submitted through the PA are sent for transcription and are not intentionally stored as audio in the Digital Cove application database after that request. MapRank media that you deliberately upload for its content workflow may also be stored as part of that service until it is deleted or the relevant account/data is removed.

These providers process data only for the services we use from them and under their applicable contractual and data-protection terms.
Digital Cove uses cloud providers that may process data in the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries. Our current primary Supabase project is hosted in the US East region. Other providers may use different processing locations. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards available through the relevant provider and applicable data-protection law.
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the service, security, legal or accounting purposes that apply to it. Purchase and payment records may need to be retained for legal and accounting reasons. Google OAuth secrets are removed when the relevant connection is disconnected. PA working-state records are designed to expire rather than become a permanent chat archive. Login links expire after 15 minutes and can be used only once.
Nail Tech PA business photos that are intentionally stored for reuse can remain available while the relevant product access/account is retained so the owner does not have to upload the same work again. You may ask us to delete eligible stored photos sooner. Account closure or a deletion request may remove eligible media, subject to any limited retention that is legally or operationally required.
You can ask us to delete eligible account or business data. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it or where they are necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Depending on the processing, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Digital Cove, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where a feature specifically asks for it, such as an external account connection.
Customer product data is accessed through authenticated server-side application routes. Sensitive application tables and service functions are not intended to be directly writable by anonymous browser users. We use access controls, signed sessions, rate limits, payment-webhook signature verification and encrypted secret storage where appropriate.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, or receive a portable copy of information you provided. You can also withdraw consent for an optional connected feature by disconnecting it, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
