Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MapRank, a Google Business Profile management service operated by Digital Cove (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: SalesSupport@thedigitalcove.co.uk. By subscribing you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

MapRank creates and publishes content to your Google Business Profile on your behalf. You send us photos via WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram. We write captions, schedule posts, and publish them to your profile at intervals designed to build consistent Google visibility. All posts are queued for your approval before going live unless you have enabled auto-post.

The service requires you to have an active Google Business Profile and to connect it via our onboarding flow. We cannot begin posting until a Google connection is established. Where onboarding is completed by our team, your first billing period begins from the date your Google Business Profile is first connected — not from the date of purchase. Time spent waiting for setup does not count toward the 60-day guarantee period (see section 5).

To help you get the most from the service, we will send you periodic reminders when your photo queue is running low. These reminders are a courtesy — you are never required to respond to them, and the service continues regardless.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your payment method is authorised at checkout and your first billing period begins from the date your Google Business Profile is successfully connected to the service. If our team connects your listing on your behalf, we will reset your billing start date to that connection date so you are never charged for time before posting begins. Billing continues monthly until you cancel.

Prices are shown in GBP by default. International pricing is converted at the prevailing rate and displayed in your local currency at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

UK consumers retain the right to a full refund if they cancel before their first post has been published — simply email us and we will process it without question. Once your first post has been published, our 60-day guarantee (section 5) protects you.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation and retain access until the paid period ends. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months outside the guarantee.

We stand behind the results MapRank can deliver. If your Google Business Profile visibility has not measurably improved after 60 days of active use, we will refund your most recent monthly payment in full. The following conditions apply:

6. Geographic Exclusivity

Where we represent that only one business per niche will be served in a given area, this is a commercial commitment made in good faith. We will not knowingly onboard a direct competitor in the same postcode district (the first part of a UK postcode, e.g. PA1, G12) during your active subscription. We reserve the right to amend this with 30 days' written notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, submit fraudulent or illegal content, or engage in activity that puts the service or other customers at risk. In such cases we are not obligated to provide a refund.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
